Mr. Smartt did a wonderful job replacing our disabled wet room with a new bathroom. The wet room had been very badly installed and water leakage had ruined the floor and a part of the wall. There was a great deal of damage. Mr Smartt kindly explained to us and talked us through exactly why the problems had occurred (it transpired that even the toilet had not been properly aligned). He explained to us what needed to be done and what our options were so we were able to make decisions based on function ability, price and design. He repaired the damage done by the previous company (who are now out of business) and we have a fantastic new bathroom. Thanks to Mr. Smartt our bathroom has gone from being the worst room in the house to the best and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a major leak in the cupboard under the sink which also led to damage to the adjoining cupboard. Both cupboards needed to be replaced. As my work surfaces are granite and the sinks were set under the work surface I realised this was not going to be an easy job. Morgan was great. He gave me a detailed estimate with some options and he managed to source carcasses to fit (my manufacturer had changed dimensions). He has done a really excellent job. He also sorted out a few other problems not least of which was sourcing me some new hinges for lift up cupboards at considerably less than the £200 per hinge he was originally quoted. I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone - in fact I already have.
